1. Discussion & Pricing
Every project is different. We need a short call or chat to understand the scope. The final quote is given after this discussion and can be higher or lower than our standard rates.
2. Contract
We sign a written contract for every project. It protects both you and us and clearly defines the scope, deliverables, schedule, usage rights, privacy, and payment terms. Work starts after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
3. Payment & Rescheduling
A deposit of at least 2,000 THB is required to reserve a date for Samui shoots.
For shoots outside Samui, deposit terms are discussed individually.
– Reschedule: allowed once with 24+ hours’ notice. The deposit moves to the new date.
– Cancellation: for valid reasons (e.g., illness or extreme weather), the deposit is refunded in full.
The remaining balance is due on the shooting day (100% paid on the day).
4. Format Selection
Please choose the deliverables (video/photo type, length, aspect ratio) before we start. Changing the format after the shoot may require a new quote.
5. Travel & Locations
Client covers all travel, accommodation (if needed), permits, and location-related fees. Actual costs depend on distance and logistics.
6. Edits
Small edits are free. Major changes or new ideas outside the brief are billed additionally. We confirm any extra costs with you first.
7. Privacy / Full Buyout
Personal, event and wedding shoots are intended for non-commercial use.
Commercial usage is agreed separately and may affect pricing.
If you prefer no posting (privacy) or require full buyout / transfer of usage rights,
an additional +50% applies to the total project price.
8. RAW Footage
Packages do not include RAW files. You can purchase all source files or order extra editing services if needed.
